Jeanne Clery Disclosure
As a part of the application process, the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime statistics and campus security policies and prevention programs. The CSU Police Department is responsible for releasing campus crime statistics to the University community. Published yearly, the Annual Fire and Safety Report and University Drug and Alcohol Policy informs the University community about important procedures, policies, crime prevention programs and crime statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus, in certain off-campus buildings and property owned or controlled by Colorado State University. Specific information, as well as the CSU Safety Report can be found at http://police.colostate.edu/clery-act or can be requested by calling 970-491-1160.
